I had a question regarding an item from a won lot, and I got a quick response. Lisa's team always greets me with smiles!

Perhaps it was the time we arrived, but there didn't seem to be any organization to the loading process for larger items. There was a very convenient circular drive, I believe wide enough for two cars side by side. If the larger orders could have been pulled to the lane closest to the house while smaller 1 or 2 items orders on the outside lane, there would have been a lot less waiting around; especially if you were caught with your smaller load waiting for the larger load customer to move

Looks to be my bad decision, thought it was made of cooper. Just a tin look alike. Magnet sticks to it.
