Unprofessional, inefficient and very disorganized auction manager, barely cordial -- and perhaps dishonest -- about items I won that were either given to another customer or removed by owner. A most unpleasant and dissatisfying experience.

As described

I arrived to pick up my watch and the seller with an attitude tells me some guy called to cancel the win. Have no clue who or why but I'm the only one on my account. I understand mistakes happen, but the annoyance of the seller/auctioneer was unnecessary. He says he will mail it to me at his one expense so I will wait and hope it arrives. The woman ahead of me had issues as well because she left empty handed just as disappointed as myself. TERRIBLE experience.

82 arrowhead lane was the wrong address called Mr Wolk at around 10am was told that I was early I responded with I like to do things early for mistakes like this told him it's about $900 worth of items mind you I drove 1:30 from Brooklyn I had to go with the home owner looking for my items disorganized
