Items were as explained in the auction. Pictures were clear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great all around experience.

While the guys were extraordinary helpful and helped us to carry the items to our car. The lady there (around 3:00 pm), was extremely rude. SHE HAS NO MANNERS, started for when we arrived and ask for our item she says Oh you didn't measure tree? " That is never gonna fit your car" with a very bad attitude, she insisted in making comments regarding how stupid were us to even try to take the tree to the car. Then we asked if we could park the car in the are of pick up (it was next to the highway), she said no that is not possible and then when a couple of guys tried to help to carry our heavy stuffs to the car, she got really angry with them and started asking them to do ogher stuffs, but they continued helping us.

Awesome auction, item was in perfect condition. Seller/auction agent worked with us on to make arrangements for transporting the rather heavy piece of furniture. Very responsive, would recommend without reservation.

Seller: Elaine Fernando ....didn't list an item with correct description. I won a lot (food processor) and when I brought it home and tried to use it, it didn't work (I didn't bother to clean it, but I did the auction with the intent of using it!). It wasn't tested and I didn't know that. I wrote an email to the seller, but I didn't get any reply. I will never bid again. There were other things that bothered me about that auction. Sorry to leave a negative comment, I hope I can help other people about not making my mistake and look more carefully into lots posted by this seller. Thank you.

On 4/25/21 I had an item to be picked up in NJ and knew I was unable to make it. I emailed the contact person the day prior informing her someone was coming in my place during the pick up time (no reply). To ensure all went well, a copy of the invoice was given to have on hand. It was nothing but a disaster and the person was treated unfairly. I understand precautions need to be met but because of the color of there skin and a male, you want a license plate #??? Why not deny him the item rather make him feel discriminated against. When you auction items on Auction Ninja or any other site, you will have all different types of people bidding. If your skeptial of other's or there intensions, then maybe they don't need to be on this site at all. "Judge not lest ye be judged".
