Poor experience. I had an emergency that took me out of state on the date of pick up. Auctioneer stated that someone would call me for shipping. Call never came. I've reached out numerous times since the auction to try to resolve the delivery and was repeatedly told that the items would be shipped. Over a month later still nothing and zero response since 6/2/24.

Worst. Experience. Ever. The listing CLEARLY stated the shipping would be usps flat rate, so I was very surprised when UPS called me for shipping quote that would have cost more than the item. So I refused and contacted the auction "manager" regarding this problem. Not only did he dodge my calls and texts for OVER 2 WEEKS, but ultimately blamed ME for wanting the advertised shipping. At one point I said this was supposed to be a gift that would no longer be on time and was not paying for shipping. He said he would ship it free and refund me 20%. The refund never came, and the item was shipped only after I threatened legal action after the 2 weeks of lies. When it was finally shipped, he again blamed me and ups for this issue and had the nerve to say I was overreacting. Absolute clown and a horrible experience for a gift that never was.
