A terrible experience dealing with this auction group. Took forever to get anything shipped, sent one thing alone which made it, however they sent 5 crystals, 2 dresdens, 2 plates, together and of course the dresdens were destroyed, one of the plates was wrecked, and a few of the crystals as well. even before they shipped it out one of the crystals was broken or lost. made a complaint with the UPS service they used and they are sending the insurance money to the auction house. tried to contact the auction house and got no answer. no attempt to make this right. very unsatisfied. will not bid with them again.
