I am a bit taken aback by your 1.5 star review after I brought your wife back into my storage units and offered for her to take something else that she liked. Then I offered you both a pair of plates that I just brought to my retail shop. Then I told you I would find a pair of plates for you. Am I missing something? The plates were accidentally given to a another buyer who purchased china in the same pattern when he picked up. It was an honest mistake by my employee. Did I not make an effort to rectify the situation? I pride myself on having a well organized pick up at my auctions - occasionally someone makes a mistake. I apologized. Your 1.5 star rating is going to reduce my stellar 4.75 rating significantly. Would you consider please retracting this rating? Respectfully, Karen

Nice item. However, when it arrived the bell doesn't ring and appears to be overwound.

May have gotten "played with" prior to the auction and we didn't recheck it before the auction or handing it over to the shipper. Our apologies!
