I gave the pick up experience a 5 star but my item was shipped and that wasn't a choice. The items were as described and the transaction was handled with great service I recommend this seller 1000%

Shawn, auction mgr, is the penultimate professional. From the first step to the last, he runs his biz perfectly. If only he could run auction ninja!

Disappointed & frustrated by Shawn & his team. My mother picked up our order & upon viewing some of the items she noticed a hole in one of the paintings which was never in the description nor in the photos. Shawn refunded her half because my mother still wanted the painting. However, when she arrived home with everything else, over several pieces of the porcelain I purchased were damaged/chipped/broken. My mother arrived there with her own packing material, but they were prewrapped by Shawn &/or his team. Which, I know this is something Clearing House advises sellers not to do. Because of the large order ($600+ worth of items) my mother upon receiving them thought they were fine to store securely in her car. Well, saran wrapping delicate porcelain with nothing in between any of the pieces proved to be an awful way to treat your high paying customers. I believe these pieces were mostly broken even prior to wrapping them because I only found a few of the chips along the way. So, not only was the listing inaccurate (said they were in general good condition with only maybe one or two pieces with "fleabite" chips to a rim) it seems like they tried to hid the damage in between the time of listing & then the sale. I went back to really inspect the photos & yeah, they were fine at the time of the photos. I left a voicemail with Shawn about this with no response what so ever. I said whoever packaged those should be fired & I still mean it. I even waited a couple of weeks to see if you would reach out. So, there's no follow through either unless you happen to talk to him in person. Pretty shady business practices & I'll be sure to avoid your auctions from here on out.

I'm sorry for your experience but am grateful for the opportunity to reply. I'm confused by who or whom was at the pick up. You refer to your mother, however the woman spoke in first person stating that she wanted the painting even after it was discovered there was damage. She also felt the need to inform me of how much She paid for the trophy. But the question of who picked up aside. The items as I stated to her are gently wrapped as a convenience to remain safe in storage and if she brought wrapping then by all means add some extra cushion to the breakables. However she chose no to even open the bundles. Instead opted to put everything into the bed of a pickup truck for what if i remember is an hour + ride. Additionally if you're referring to the butterfly dishware, it specifically states "chips larger than an eraser" was removed, which would mean hcips smaller then remained for the continuity of the set. The Saran wrap is to keep the pieces from shifting. It is not meant to be a protectant because it is ultimately YOUR responsibility to inspect and wrap your items. I would also like to reiterate that the items were put in the bed of a pick up truck and she opted to put a TV and Bench in the back seat instead of the fragiles. The pieces were fine in the photos and fine when given to the person at pick up. I cannot be responsible if they do not do their due diligence to inspect, wrap and safely transport the items. Furthermore, it's curious that you say you contacted me via phone, yet i have not missed any call or have voicemail from you and ironically is the 1 way it says not to contact me. The fact that I have held a 5 star rating until this review speaks for itself. The customer experience is my top priority regardless of your invoice total, of which you mention more than once, but it's a shame you have to stoop to a bullying, slanderous review, and saying I have shady business practices. I think we would both find it fortuitus if you heeded your last sentence.
