Very disappointed my LV purse strap I bid and won just apparently disappeared. I would not bid on anything by Naomi Berman, Auction Rep. She is disorganized and very unprofessional and complaining all the time and is very forgetful on what she says.

I've never had a bad experience with Clearing house before, but Naomi Berman was terrible. It was completely disorganized, which she admitted to. When I arrived, she told me that my items weren't at the pickup location and had her husband drive to her house to pick them up. I waited over 30 minutes for him to bring them. When he finally got back, she realized that my other items were also still at her house! Even her husband was upset. She told me that she would mail them to me first thing the next day, but I still haven't received them. There was also another woman waiting for pickup at the same time as me, and had driven over an hour only to be told she didn't have her items. On top of all that, she was so overwhelmed that she told everyone not to sign any of the paperwork, and at first when I told her my last name she repeated it a bunch of times with a crazy expression on her face and told me my name was weird. I can't even make this up. She couldn't have been more unprofessional. The whole thing was just really bizarre.
