Auctioneer Rocco is the best! I wanted to bid on furniture but had no means to transport the items. Rocco took care of everything. He and Helper Nick even moved out my old furniture. If you are debating whether or not to bid, I say "Go for it!"

Item is missing a piece (the top part to which the side racks should be assembled) and, without it, cannot be used.

Ka Sassee I do apologize for this. I do see that the item was new and still in its original unopened package. I will check with the client maybe they forgot to give it to us. I just reviewed the photos and the hook was in fact in the package. I can send you the screenshot of you wish. It's a single hook. If you're saying it was not there not we will issue you a refund. We never want unhappy or unsatisfied customers.
