⭐☆☆☆☆ Unresponsive & Unreasonable Policies
I have been a loyal customer of Clearing House Estate Sales, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After mistakenly mixing up the pickup date for my won auction, I received a text only 15 minutes before the deadline. I immediately responded, apologizing for the confusion and attempting to arrange an alternative pickup. Despite numerous follow-ups, I received no response-except for one message stating that they left 20 minutes after closing and that I had forfeited my auction with no refund or ability to retrieve my items.
While I understand policies need to be followed, their complete lack of flexibility and refusal to communicate is unacceptable. In the past, they have taken items back to their warehouse when they forgot to include them in my previous wins, yet when a customer makes an honest mistake, they are unwilling to offer any resolution.
Lack of responsiveness and poor customer service have left me feeling disregarded and frustrated. I expected better from a business I've supported multiple times. Proceed with caution if you value clear communication and fair treatment.
Had a sick child and couldn't pick up. They didn't even respond when I asked for an extension. I understand policies but there should be exceptions.
i want my money back my daughter spent an hour going there like some others that were there going circles trying to find this place 3 hours wastedi want a full refund immediately
It was a a busy pickup scene with many cars including a U-Haul truck. The narrow driveway caused congestion. In spite of this, the crew did a great job with keeping the traffic moving, delivering the items, all while smiling! Thank you.
