Item was as described. Have had two experiences with auction manager and her communication has been consistently spotty at best

Item was a fur coat, described as "well-kept with little to no signs of previous wear". The picture of the label was carefully cropped to leave out the stains of frequent wear along the collar, and there was no disclosure of the 2 rips in the lining. Also present is evidence of a 3 or 4 inch long spill, perhaps soy sauce or something else dark and staining along the inside.

Shipping was, as everyone else stated, extremely expensive, but I believe they are contracted through someone. I just wish they didn't claim the cheaper prices in their shipping detail.

Communication was clipped and perfunctory to the point of rudeness, but I imagine they have a large volume of people to reply to.

The OUTSIDE of the coat is, as listed, near pristine, and considering the price I got the coat for, I am fine re-lining it myself. I just wish I knew that was something I was going to have to do.
