The agent left me one voice mail message regarding shipping. I was in the hospital and did not return her call. I checked back with her weeks later. She told me she gave away my items. There were no instructions to contact her on the listing. The items were marked for shipping and my credit card was on file. She should have shipped the items.

I'm not disappointed with the placemats or chair but the rug was misrepresented. The condition states was "very good" but the rug clearly has areas that were stained and then attempted to be cleaned with something that stripped the color so there are like green looking spots ruining the sage color. The staff was nice and helped me get it loaded but it was mostly rolled up when I saw it, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it in its condition. I would not buy from this auction company again because I think their"opinion" statement is false and misleading.

Wendy is by far so awesome and professional. She went above and beyond to get my items shipped and even called to confirm the information. She is SUPERWOMAN for certain... And TOP NOTCH at what she does... I will forever appreciate you Wendy for going the extra mile!! Bless you always...
