Heather I am sorry you missed the pick up window of Sunday 2-5 however that is not my fault. I offered you the option to come earleir as well from noon onwards and you declined. I did suggest couriers which you also declined to use. Pick up terms are clearly spelled out on the sale page of the site, and again on your invoice. These are very standard terms for Auction Ninja sellers.
