I totally forgot about pickup--mea culpa! I am aware of the forfeiture rules However, I thought that I could at least ask if the items might still be available. So, I called today to inquire about picking up the items. The representative immediately hung up the phone. WOW! Totally discourteous and unprofessional.
I have purchased over $12,000 on AuctionNinja. I will avoid this seller in the future.
