pick-up difficulty, nice staff

The pull-in/pull-out at a loading dock was a good idea, but it also resulted in my waiting in line for almost 2 hours. There was a lot of furniture sold in this auction, so perhaps the furniture pick-up could have been separated from the rest? Or pick-up appointments set up for the bigger orders? It was organized, just not efficient. That said the items were as listed, and once I actually made it to the loading dock it went fairly smoothly.
