Whoever was running this pick up was unfriendly and very UNhelpful. Worst experience with auction ninja I have EVER had! And I have dealt with Wendy before. She has always been friendly, helpful, going out of her way to help load a recliner and then refusing to accept a tip. Top notch in my book until today!!!! I will be VERY careful in future and it will take a while to get over this experience and bid on another of her auctions!
