I won items on 11/30/24. The seller Brian agreed to bring my items to Ups store for shipping. Today is 12/30 and at this time, I still do not have my items, a tracking number or any idea where my items are! I have tracker out numerous times with responses only giving me platitudes and empty promises. I am a good customer and have bought many times from clearing house with no odors not this situation is an abomination!!!! Beware of Brian's auctions.

extremely upset. I called the day of pickup and texted, not even a courtesy call back. I never received my item. This is not typical of clearing house and I suspect they just sold the piece I already paid for. Not good.
