The win email reiterated that and gave detailed step by step directions. I really appreciate you bidding but in the future read the whole email carefully before you set out to pickup as it can often have important details like that. The seller was unorganized and late. She pulled up 20 minutes late yelling and screaming at us. There must have been 20 of us waiting. She pulled up in a budget truck and started unloading. She dropped my items and when I got home I found that they were damaged. The chair arm was split and a finial on top missing. Also the items listed were inaccurately described to her advantage. The desk was not antique as I found the drawer was nailed to keep it together and it had a plywood bottom. Also there were indications that this desk was painted white at one point. I've bought from this seller before but it was never as unprofessional as this. I doubt I would buy from this seller again.

Very sorry to hear you are so disappointed Su. I would say I was very directive on arrival as you said since I was late and had some major logistical issues in the day that were beyond my control. i did advertise that this auction would be moved offsite for pickup. I regret being late but again there were factors beyond my control and I was unable to contact all 51 bidders to let them know the situation. I asked that everyone just have some patience. I also ask you revisit the listing descriptions and photos as everything you describe was shown and there was no statement that the desk was white. You have all my contact info if you wanted to reach out directly. I think you got some fantastic deals and I am sorry again you are not happy.
