This Lithograph is ruined with mold and mildew. The picture itself is wavey, showing that it has been damp/wet for quite some time. The frame is not together at any corner, the backing and print shows signs of water penetration.
Pick-up location was not safe as it was on a very busy road with a short and steep driveway. Cars were almost hit as they were coming in and out of the location.

Can you be more specific to which item? All items are sold as is (in appropriate selling condition) but if there is something we overlooked I would be more than agreeable to rebate you 50% of the cost of that item. We want everyone to be happy with their purchases and work very hard to make sure of that. The pick up day was very challenging as the weather was very rainy and myself and my assistants were working very hard to make sure people got in and out safely.
