Man, that is one BIG nuker! But the auctioneers were so helpful, cooperative, and pleasant that it made the whole p/u experience almost effortless.

Terribly unresponsive after stating she would ship an item. Won item on 12/18/23. Reached out on 12/30 after giving her almost 2 weeks to ship it. Lied to me stating she shipped it on 1/2/24. Asked for tracking # on 1/5/24. Replied to me 1/6/24 with picture of label that had just been created. Item never picked up until 1/9, arrived at my house evening of 1/10/24. Box larger than required, stuffed with some ornaments, postcards and a bunch of stuff I didn't purchase. Didn't want or need her apology items. I simply wanted a professional and reasonable reply to my inquiry, wanted my item, and wanted her to be honest. Not a good experience whatsoever. Would NEVER purchase from this dealer again.

All 3 "Leather Desk Things" are not leather.

Items were damaged and unusable. The steam cleaner had dirty, chemical filled water in it still, which spilled all over my car, because I felt rushed, uncomfortable and overall unsafe and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. At pick up there were unleashed, aggressive dogs and we were instructed to drive off of the driveway, through the yard and the neighbors yard and use the neighbors driveway to leave. It was late at night (per manager request) making this an incredibly uncomfortable and frankly dangerous experience. We had to throw away most of what we purchased in this auction. We found this to be an incredibly unprofessional experience and will never be purchasing from an auction managed by this individual again. We hope that Auction Ninja and Clearing House Estate Sales take this review seriously and also discontinue business with this manager.
