I won the bid. When I picked it up, I did not check the guitar. Back to my home, I planned to replace a new set of strings and found out that the guitar was cracked at the bottom back. It's not usable. I sent the email to the auction manager, no response from her. After I sent the duplicate email to the auction house. She called me then said that was done deal. Condition of the guitar listed as "Consistent with age and use" Finally, I lost my money. I won several bids and some had problems but this is the first time I got the answer "That was done deal".
When you tell winners that pick-up is in a private residence and it is at a storefront in a strip mall and you have no signage that even mentions where to turn and where to p/u...
Free tip: Dollar Tree sells large poster board for $1.25 and you can borrow or steal a marker from someone. You can make 2 signs from one board. They could actually give directions to winners if they included words, numbers, and arrows, you know. But I guess that's just too complicated.
