A wonderful wool runner, but it is not hand knotted as written in the title. It is hand tufted which can be seen in the photos, so no harm done. All in all, I am very happy with Clearing House Estate Sales.

I am extremely disappointed with the service for this pick-up. I arrived to pick up my items and they could not find the mattress that belonged to the bid I won. Apparently, they had given my mattress to someone else and I was left with an old outdated mattress. I asked if that mattress could be retrieved and they just shrug their shoulders and said no. Sheryl McSherry was the auction manager who refused to assist me with retrieving my items. It is absolutely unacceptable for items that I was legally entitled to were given to another party.

I am sorry to read your review. The purchased item was a mission style wooden bed frame AND mattress set. There was a mix up with mattresses which was acknowledged on site. We did offer a 50% refund on the item, which you did accept, and seemed satisfied when leaving. A full refund was offered, however, you did not want to return the bed frame. I am surprised at this review as it does not match your demeanor upon leaving the auction site. Once again, apologies for the mix up.
