Julie was amazing. Because I usually have items shipped I forgot about pick up until about 75 minutes before pick up ended. After a frantic 65 minute trip down the Northway, I arrived with about 5 minutes to spare. Julie very kindly was still there and had my items packed up. I really appreciated her not being annoyed at me for making her stay later than she needed to. I will definitely be there much earlier for the next pickup.

Dissapointed as I clearly placed a bid on items to ship.No one responded to my email and I never received my items. I would have gladly paid for shipping as I do with other Auction houses.
