Lisa and I had a misunderstanding after not being refunded for a duped listed item. Still waiting for the refund but looks like it is clearing house holding up the refund and she submitted it timely

They were great. Had all my items set aside and grouped. They even helped me bring items up from the basement location. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

I thought this was being shipped. Got it confused with other auction Clearing house was doing. No one called me or sent a text or email. Most people don't pay $200+ to intentionally not pick it up. I know that it states if you do not pick up you forfeit. It just would have been nice to have a little customer support and service. Now the auction house and customer get the money and keep the items. I will not be giving my money to these guys again. Have never had an issue with other Clearing House auctions.

What a wonderful auction AND seller. Just before the Sunday pickup, my church got out almost an hour late. I contacted the auction house and left a message that I might be a little late. I received a text message AND a phone call within moments. When I arrived I was assigned a young man to help me load my car, a HUGE HELP given that I am handicapped. When I arrived home I noticed that I had left one item behind. Again the auction house returned my text within minutes and made arrangements for me to pick up the item I missed. If you are not doing business with Clearing House Estates, you should.
