Item was not as described at all. There's a large chunk of wood missing from one of the legs and the top wasn't even attached. Deeply disappointed

On the contrary, you stated it was the perfect size, you willingly signed the invoice and appeared to leave happy with your purchase. If you had addressed these concerns at the pick-up we would have offered a refund for the item rather than have you leave and later be unhappy with your purchased item. Unbelievable how busy this giant auction company is. They appear to be located in CT, but via many auction managers in northeastern states, they seem to have auctions daily. The photos and descriptions of items is excellent, and pick-up is very simple.

If you are bidding for shipping or in-person p/u, CHES is the way to go! Keep in mind, however, that bidding on their lots can become addictive!
