Because there is no outdoor space, winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to pack and carry their own items. Please bring packing materials and help to carry heavy items. Elevator is available.
Shipping also available as a *separate transaction* for small items only, as indicated in the catalog. After the sale, request your shipping costs by email and your box will be sent out within 2 business days of receipt of those fees.
Shipping must be paid separately and directly to auction manager, Nora Levine by Venmo, Zelle or Paypal.
Items not picked up within the pick-up window will be considered forfeited without refund if shipping was not requested. Shipping fees not received within 2 business days after the request was made will deem the items forfeited without refund.
