NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICK UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER or FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for carrying large/ heavy items (ESPECIALLY LARGE FURNITURE) & please bring your own proper packaging materials (boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, etc) if needed for pickup- especially for china, & glassware.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
*Please DO NOT arrive prior to your designated Pick Up time on the day of Items Pick-Up: Saturday, November 5, 2022 or any days before.
The large furniture pick-Up door is in the back side of the house. Please bring help and a hand truck for the largest (armoires, sideboard, etc). Please try to navigate the circular driveway so as to optimize winning bidder traffic flow. Thank you.
