Contents located in an apartment co-op complex on the third floor with use of the elevator. Utmost care must be taken during pickup and moving of your items off-premises. A representative will be there to escort you but you must bring your own labor, dollies, tools, etc. to remove your items from the premises.

LOOK FOR SHIPPING ICON ON INDIVIDUAL ITEMS. Small items inc. ornaments, chalkware other smaller items. Only USPS flat rate boxes in sizes small, medium and large are available for this service.
If you want shipping on an item that will not fit in a Priority Box, you must email auction manager BEFORE bidding for approval. If approved, shipping will be paid separately and directly to Auction Manager - not combined with CHES invoice.
- A Handling fee of $20 applies.
- Shipping/handling fees can be bundled where possible/appropriate.
