1. Shipping is available for SMALL items ONLY. A small item is considered one item or a group of items that can SAFELY fit in a 12"x12"x12" box or smaller, if you are unsure if an item qualifies contact us PRIOR to bidding to ask. Neither we nor CHES can retract bids once placed - or supply refunds if you purchase an item that cannot be shipped.
2. There is a $10 packing FEE added to shipping cost. Orders that require multiple packages will EACH incur a separate $10 fee.
3. Shipping cost must be made through PAYPAL ONLY and can NOT be added to your invoice or processed through your credit card. Shipping address and name must match your clearing house invoice.
4. If you wish a small item shipped you must contact us via email at priorityestatesales@gmail.com for a price quote, supply a signed copy of your invoice via email and pay your shipping fee PRIOR TO THE ADVERTISED PICKUP DATE.
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR SHIPPING FEE BY THE LISTED PICKUP DATE YOUR ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
5. All items are sent insured and/or with signature delivery for higher value items. By requesting shipping you agree that all sales are final and absolutely NO refunds or returns are offered after delivery.
