The street and driveway are challenging - there will be police on site to assist with traffic. We are separating pick up times alphabetically by last name. Last names beginning with A-M pickup from 11-1. Last names beginning with N-Z pickup from 1-3. This will help to keep the pick up organized and speedy. NO EARLY PICK UPS.
For Large Loads or Lots: Please queue up single file on Donnellan Road facing Fenimore Road, the street just across from the home’s driveway. The police will direct you in pulling in and out of the drive as a spot is available. Your patience is appreciated.
For Smaller Lots that Can be Hand Carried: Park on Brite Avenue on the house side and walk one block on the sidewalk to the home. Be sure to follow parking signs – there is lots of ticketing in this area!
If you cannot make the pickup, send a friend/family member and notify the auction manager of the change.
Limited Shipping:
Shipping is available for smalls only at an additional cost. Most items that are shippable will use USPS flat rate boxes. A $5-$10 handling fee may apply. Please be sure to contact the Auction Manager *before bidding* if you are interested in having your item(s) shipped.
Alternate Pick Up Date: This may be availabe for small easily transported items. You must contact the Auction Manager in advance of bidding for approval. The alternate location will be in Rye NY – there is a $10 handling fee for this service.
Remember to bring properly sized vehicles and labor to move large furniture. We will have assistance available. Bring packing materials for breakables.
