Please Note: Driveway is very tight and off a main road. We will have help at the entrance letting people know when to enter. Please be advised there may be a wait especially at the beginning of pickup as only two cars can enter at a time to avoid getting stuck. We will do everything we can to get people in and out as quickly as possible.
*Please look closely at all photographs and read descriptions as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT offer returns, exchanges or issue credits. Items are sold AS-IS.
*If you have questions regarding an item, please reach out to the auction manager prior to bidding on the item. We are here to answer your questions via AuctionNinja, e-mail or call/text.
*For fragile items that require wrapping, please come prepared with packing materials as we cannot guarantee we will have materials for packing on site.
*For HEAVY items and items that require dismantling, please come prepared with adequate help as we cannot guarantee the staff on site will be able to assist in moving items of size/weight.
*Items not picked up during the specified pick-up time will be forfeited WITHOUT refund.
Items should be considered untested unless otherwise mentioned in the listing.
