Winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to retrieve their items. Please bring packing materials and ample help to carry out furniture. The elevator will be available. Parking is challenging in this area.
Shipping available on jewelry only. Your card on file will be charged for the smallest USPS flat rate box needed. Please email Nora@clearinghouseestatesales.com before the pick-up to request shipping.
To have larger items shipped or delivered, we recommend Donny’s Delivery & Courier Services (561) 929-1339. He will pick up your winnings on your behalf and deliver them or bring them to UPS for shipping. No large furniture. It is crucial that you secure this service BEFORE bidding.
All items are sold as is with no refunds. Items not picked up within the pick-up window will be considered forfeited.
