DEMOLITION SALE- ALL materials MUST be picked up, there is NO GRACE period, with ANYTHING, the DEMOLITION wrecking ball will be there Monday 7 am., no exceptions, no entry to property after Sunday. Total demo, there is electric for the removal of materials, YOU MUST BRING ALL EQUIPMENT FOR REMOVAL, Pick up is Saturday and Sunday 9-4. If you do not pick up, it will be disposed of, without refund. EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, HOW IS, YOU are responsible for the removal of ANYTHING you purchase, NOTHING is being wrapped, or removed by staff.
