Winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to retrieve their items. Please bring packing materials and ample help to carry out furniture. The freight elevator will be available.
Shipping on small items only as marked by the black box icon on the upper right hand corner of each shippable lot. For shipping on larger, unmarked items, we recommend Donnie (561) 929-1339, a third party shipper, who will pick up your winnings on your behalf and either deliver them or bring them to UPS for shipping. Please secure this service BEFORE bidding.
All items as sold as is with no refunds. Items not picked up within the pick-up window will be considered forfeited.
