THIS AUCTION IS IN THE SINGER BUILDING (Singer Court) IN BRIDGEPORT, WHICH MEANS IT IS IMPERATIVE FOR ALL GUIDANCE TO BE FOLLOWED. IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT ADHERE TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS YOUR PICK UP WILL TAKE MUCH LONGER!
Pick up will be made through the FRONT OF THE BUILDING therefore, YOU SHOULD PARK ACROSS THE STREET IN THE PARKING LOT. There will be SOMEONE on site AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING to assist you with getting to our pick up location inside the building. We will also have instructions (arrows, etc.) posted inside.
***IMPORTANT - YOU MUST BRING HELP FOR LARGER ITEMS AS THERE WILL BE NO ONE ON PREMISES TO HELP! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!***
THERE WILL BE NO HOLDS - NO ALTERNATE DAYS OR LOCATIONS ARE OFFERED. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
