Pick Up Date: Sunday, November 12th from 10:00 AM through 2:00 PM ONLY.
Please note that there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this pick up date and time.
Any items not picked up on this day within the time will be considered forfeited without refund.
The ONLY shipping available for this auction are for auction lots containing the following items -
Tobacco Pipes
Military Patches
Coins
If you would like to have a lot containing one of these items shipped, please contact Zach Cavender PRIOR TO BIDDING to make shipping arrangements. These arrangements must be made prior to bidding and will be handled as a separate transaction coordinated with and fees paid directly to Auction Manager, Zach Cavender only.
Bidders are welcome to have outside shipping services come to pick up & ship there items for them. This process would not involve us at all & would be handled entirely between the bidder and shipping service provider. Please abide by the auction pick up date and time listed above.
Upon pick up all buyers are responsible to confirm they have all the items they purchased at the sale.
For heavy items, please bring help to lift & load your purchases.
If you do not have any help, you can contact us before the auction ends and we can arrange movers to load up your items for a separate fee.
If you do win any dish sets or fragile pieces that you would like to pack prior to transporting, please bring your own boxes and packing materials. If you do win any large book lots, please bring boxes and be prepared to pack & transport the books.
