No reserve auction with soft close and in-person pick-up only.
Winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to pack and retrieve their items. Please bring all needed packing materials and help to carry heavy loads. The freight elevator will be available. Items not picked up within the pick-up window will be considered forfeited.
