Thank you for participating in our latest online auction. Please be sure to read this entire email to ensure you receive all pertinent information regarding payment and pick up instructions. These guidelines are in place to keep our operations running smoothly and to keep costs (buyer’s premiums) down.
PAYMENT: As per our terms of service, your total invoice will be auto-debited from the credit card you have on file with our credit card processor, Authorize.net. This charge includes the hammer prices, buyer’s premiums and all applicable sales tax for the items you won.
RESALE CERTIFICATES: All resale certificates must be added to your Auction Ninja account to receive credit for taxes paid.
WE DO NOT SHIP UNLESS NOTIFIED PROIR TO THE AUCTION ON SMALL ITEMS
WE CANNOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS
Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges may be cancelled.
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
