Note for pick up:
Winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to pack and retrieve their items. Please bring all needed packing materials and help to carry heavy loads. All items are unpacked, so please come early if you have lots that will take time to wrap into your boxes. Everything must be cleared by 4:30pm.
The freight elevator is available but all furniture and other large loads must exit through the basement which has one steep flight of stairs up to the street level. Items not picked up within the pick-up window will be considered forfeited. All sales are final with no refunds and all items are sold as is.
