PICK UP DATE: Saturday, January 6th, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. First come first serve basis.
Any items not picked up on ...view morethis day within the time will be considered forfeited without refund. Please do not bid if you are unable to take possession of the items in the specified time period.
Shipping is not available for this auction.
Upon pick up all buyers are responsible to confirm they have all the items purchased at the sale.
We cannot provide help to load items. Bidders are responsible to remove all purchases.
We do not provided bags, boxes, or packing materials. Bidders are responsible to provide their own packing material and boxes. Please be prepared to pack & transport your items.
All sales are final, there are no credits or returns. All items are sold AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. We will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must NOT be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition or new. Please keep in mind: you are purchasing vintage or used items, expect signs of wear consistent with age.

BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website on behalf of CHIEF ESTATES INC. are a binding contract, and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to CHIEF ESTATES INC. including sale price, buyer’s premium and all applicable sales tax. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or credits.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file at the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.
SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale to AUCTION NINJA for approval. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, AS FOUND CONDITION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restoration, the absence of these descriptions / conditions does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, repairs, damages and alterations. We do our best to describe items but cannot guarantee time periods or authenticity of merchandise sold. Buyers must rely on their own knowledge when purchasing merchandise. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions. Check your item carefully before bidding. The final judgement is ultimately up to the BIDDER. We will always share our best opinion as to what we think things are but please do your own research as well. Questions are ALWAYS encouraged before bidding!
PHOTOS are an integral part of the description. We provide multiple photos and measurements along with other pertinent information. Please take the time to examine and review everything. Again, please ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding if you need further details.
PICK UP: Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email. We strongly suggest you bring box, bags and/or packing materials and additional help to move large or heavy items from the sale. We do not provide assistance to help you move items to your vehicle.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued, and you will be at risk of losing your bidding privileges. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee, nor should it be an expectation. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are unsure about your ability to retrieve or make arrangements to claim your winnings. It is imperative that items are removed at the indicated days & times.
SHIPPING If shipping is available for certain items we will use USPS, UPS or FEDEX.. We combine shipping if you win more than one lot.
All shipping cost will include the shipping and packing material cost, signature confirmation fee (if required by the buyer) and insurance costs if applicable. Buyer agrees to pay the entire shipping cost, refusal to pay the cost will result in forfeiture of the order and no refund will be issued. If shipment is not paid within 5 days after the auction closes, your items will be forfeited and a refund will not be issued. We recommend that the buyer buy the shipping insurance to cover the value of the items (usually the bidding price). We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or delayed conditions of shipping items. All insurance claims will need to be filed by the buyer to the shipping carrier.
NOTE: DUE TO STOLEN CREDIT CARD FRAUD, THE CREDIT CARD SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS, WE DO NOT SHIP TO ADDRESSES DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.
