Item Description

This piece has been in the estate owners family for generations as the original owners. The original owner, Nathaniel Burton Rogers (1848-1921), and his brothers were the co-founder of Rogers Silver Co. N.B. of Danbury, CT, active 1896 to 1924. The Rogers family at the time was likely the wealthiest in Danbury, CT, were huge philanthropists, and Rogers Park and other areas, roads, etc. are named after this family because they donated the land.
This item is in pre-owned condition. It shows consistent signs of use and wear for its age including surface scratches, scuffs, loss, and signs of marker ink. Center leaf is removable but the table will not fully close. Please view all of the pictures as they are an integral part of the description. We provide multiple photos.
