Our main warehouse is located in Lorton, VA, with additional facilities in Bridgeport, CT. We also offer shipping and local pick-up options.

How do I place a bid?
Is there a minimum bid amount?
Yes, each item has a starting bid amount. You can see this amount listed with the item details.
What happens if I win an auction?
If you win, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to complete your purchase. Payment is required within 48 hours.
Can I retract a bid?
No, all bids are binding. Please be sure you want to purchase the item before placing a bid.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
How do I pick up my items?
After payment, you will receive a link to schedule your pick-up. Pick-ups can be made from our Lorton, VA or Bridgeport, CT locations. For your convenience, we also offer transport assistance and shipping options.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping for most items. For smaller items, we provide a Basic Packing Service. For larger items, please contact Bruce Thomas at Navis for specialized shipping options.
What if I can't pick up my item right away?
Please contact us to make special arrangements. Items must be picked up or shipped by the specified deadline.
What is your return policy?
All auction sales are final. For items purchased directly online, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Please contact customer service to initiate a return.
What if an item is damaged during shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

TERMS OF SALE:
All property offered and sold through Trunky Fresh shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions below.
By bidding or purchasing on this site or by any other internet site, or other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All bidders bidding by third parties such as EstateSales.org are subject to their additional terms and conditions.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, where is.
ALL sales are final. No returns. No refunds. No exceptions.
Most items are in used or vintage condition and the absence of a condition in the description does not imply that there are no additional defects.
Descriptions are provided as a courtesy and are a matter of opinion and bidders should carefully review all photographs or request additional information prior to bidding.
All items are sold to the highest bidder by the auctioneer. The auctioneer has the right to not accept any bid. Bidding may be reopened at the discretion of the auctioneer.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time, for any reason or no reason. Auctioneer may choose to reoffer the item at another time, at auctioneer's sole discretion. Items may be offered on other online sites.
ONLINE BIDDING: Online bidders using the AuctionNinja platform must complete payment through that site. Bidders must have a valid verified credit card on file. Bidders without a credit card on file will not be approved to bid.
Invoices over $2,000 and first time bidders MAY be required to pay via certfied funds such as wire transfer, ACH, or cashiers check. Items will not be released until funds clear. Auctioneer reserves the right to require payments via certified funds for additional lots as deemed necessary.
Invoices are subject to a 25% buyer's premium and are bound by the terms of this agreement.
Bidders will be charged by us via our payment processor immediately after auction close and receipt of invoice.
Invoice amount will include the hammer price, 25% buyers premium, sales tax (unless tax exempt forms have been filed and approved by), shipping fees if any, and processing fees.
Invoices may also subject to additional service fees.
We do not accept cash, check, or international credit cards.
Non-payment of an invoice will result in a dispute on and inability to participate in future auctions.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Wire Transfer, or ACH.
Bidders give Trunky Fresh Auctions permission to charge the credit card supplied at the time of registration if payment is not made within the auction's specific payment time frame.
All bidders will have a dispute placed on their account and will be blocked from bidding with us if payment is not made within the 3 day payment period.
The dispute will be resolved only once the payment is received. The credit card supplied at the time of registration may be charged if payment is not made within the auction's specific payment time frame.
Credit Card Chargeback Policy:
Bidders agree by participating in this auction that chargebacks on credit card transactions will not be initiated under any circumstances.
This agreement is a binding legal contract to uphold the payment obligations incurred through winning bids at auction.
In the event of any dispute or refund request, bidders are obliged to resolve the issue directly with Trunky Fresh Auctions without resorting to chargebacks.
Should a chargeback be wrongfully initiated after agreeing to these terms, a dispute will be filed with any third party platform, and bidder will be blocked from future participation in auctions.
Furthermore, any outstanding payments will still be deemed due, and Trunky Fresh Auctions retains the right to pursue collection, including through legal means, to recover the full amount of the invoice along with any applicable legal fees and damages incurred.
SALES TAX: All purchases are subject to state sale tax policies which will be included on the final invoice.
ITEM PICKUP: The item's pickup location and address are shown on the item description, on the invoice. We encourage bidders to contact us in advance of bidding with any questions related to item locations.
Please be sure you have the correct location of items before bidding as items are located at more than one location.
The winning bidder or their shipping agent must bring all necessary packing material and help to move larger items.
Trunky Fresh is not responsible for packing, moving or loading items into vehicles.
Bidders or their shipping agents who arrive without sufficient help to load and pick up their items during the specified period will need to reschedule or may forfeit items at Trunky Fresh's sole discretion.
Additional fees may apply in the event that pick up appointments are rescheduled or are outside of the pick up window.
Damage that occurs during shipping by a confirmed, third-party shipper is the responsibility of the shipper.
All invoices must have a signature from the bidder or shipper before leaving our facilities, which confirms acceptance of the items on the invoice, in the the condition as stated in the catalog.
Items will not be released without written authorization and confirmation of a shippers name and arrival date.
All confirmations must be in writing through email and on file by the end of the advertised pick-up window.
Items left after the pickup window will incur a minimum $10/day storage fee per item.
Large items such as furniture may incur additional storage fees at Trunky Fresh's sole discretion at a minimum of $20/item per day.
Items that remain 15 days post-auction will be considered abandoned without a refund and become the property of Trunky Fresh Auctions unless approved by auctioneer in advance.
Storage fees must be paid in advance of items being released to bidders or shippers. No exceptions.
SHIPPING: A sale cannot be voided due to unforeseen shipping costs.
We strongly recommend bidders obtain shipping quotes before bidding on a lot.
Shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the bidder.
Alternatively, a list of shippers we work with frequently are listed in the Shipping Policy section.
Shippers contacts are provided as a courtesy and Trunky Fresh does not guarantee nor warrant shippers performance.
Bidders are encouraged to obtain quotes of shipping costs before bidding on an item. Unforseen shipping costs will not be reason to void a sale.
RESTRICTED ITEMS:
All USA and international buyers should be aware that certain countries or states do not allow the importation of items containing materials made from endangered species. This includes, but is not limited to ivory, coral, and tortoise shell. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with relevant import and customs regulations prior to bidding.
AUTOPAY
Credit cards will be charged shortly after the auction close. If you have not contacted Trunky Fresh to arrange payment within 1 day of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
