Please note some pieces will have an alternate pick up location at Mongers market in Bridgeport CT. Bridgeport CT is open on Sundays to the public from 10 am to 4pm. It is a 127,000 square foot warehouse filled with mcm, clothing, antiques and salvage. Mongers charges a $3 entrance fee but if you wish to just pick up your item without coming inside, please call me at (914) 384-7218 when you arrive and I will bring the items out to you.

This auction will have an alternate pick up location at Mongers Market in Bridgeport CT for certain items. Items that need to be picked up there will be ...view moreclearly labeled as such in the description. Pick up for this location will be Sunday February 2nd from 10am to 4pm. Mongers Market is a huge 127,000 square foot antique and salvage center located at 1155 Railroad Ave in Bridgeport CT. They do charge a $3 admission to enter (free after 3pm) and shop the 100+ vendors. If you wish to come inside and shop, unfortunately you have to pay the $3. If you wish to just pick up your piece, please call me at (914) 384-7218 and I will bring the pieces out to you, but trust me, you will want to go inside. If you purchased small items along with furniture, I can bring those to Mongers so you only have one location to go to. Items will be located in space B8 & B9. Please note Mongers has limited parking so earlier in the day or after 2 is the ideal time.

***Shipping *** I will ship items at cost that are able to fit within a 20 X 20 X 20 carton or smaller. There will be a $5 handling charge for the 1st lot and $2 per additional lot not to exceed $14 per package. Sorry, I will not and cannot ship items if they will not go into a 20 X 20 X 20 or less. This includes paintings and mirrors. If you want those shipped, I will drop off at a shipping center and you can deal with them directly. If you do require items to be shipped, please contact me by Saturday February 1st via email to ChatsworthivAuctions@gmail.com and an invoice will be sent. Shipping will be via USPS Ground Advantage or with USPS/FedEx. Expect 10 to 14 days for shipping.

I ask that you please bring help for larger items and bring your own packing supplies like boxes and paper as none will be available.

Any and all items not picked up or shipping arrangements made by Saturday February 1st (or 2nd if at Bridgeport Location) will be considered forfeited and returned to consignor with no refunds given. No exceptions. Sorry. If you cannot make the agreed time and location, please send someone in our place.

All items are in used and should be be expected to be in such condition. If there is any real damage, it will be in the description. Please use the photos as part of the description and remember to check measurements.
