My winning items were purchased in February. Since the day after winning my items I have been going back and forth with the seller to arrange shipment. It is now June, over 90 days since original purchase and while the seller has responded saying they will eventually ship the items I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation or any of my items. They have continuously delayed and given me the run around making it virtually impossible to obtain any of the items I purchased. I've been forced to now dispute with my credit card company because there is still no indication that I will ever receive my items. Avoid this auction house - a huge scam.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but as you were clearly told - we were moving out of our warehouse and preferred pick up. In the process of the move we displaced the small items and my new location looked of them a few times to no avail. We are deeply sorry that your items were lost in the moving process. Thank you for bidding on our auction. We have given you full refund of your $75.30 and consider this matter closed. Unfortunately if we had found the items the shipping would have been over $200. You purchased the items in total for under $590 , but a huge piece of artwork was in them and you'd not want to pay over 200 in shipping for your low bid on items

Very happy with item. Lots of pictures to accurately tell what I was bidding on. Auction was at their warehouse, and flexible pickup dates were greatly appreciated.
