You have not paid your shipping invoice. Before bidding you agreed to the shipping directions. The auction win email from Auction Ninja has the directions in it again. As a courtesy we send our own email out to auction winners reminding them about the shipping invoice. Finally, the invoice is sent from Stripe to your email. We have reached out. You have failed to pay, now without contacting us in any way have left us negative feedback. Please check your email, pay the shipping invoice and you will receive your items.
