YOU MUST PARK in a Visitor space ONLY. They are marked clearly around the parking lots.

There is at least one flight of narrow stairs to climb for some items OR 2 flights for some items including the large furniture.

Please bring your own packing material, an appropriate sized vehicle for your items, and ample help for large pieces.

We WILL NOT have help available to help you move or load your items - If you cannot remove your item(s) safely on pickup day, you will forfeit it without refund.
No Exceptions.

If shipping is available for your items, the shipping fee amount will be posted in the item description.

When possible, we will combine shipping to save you $ if you win multiple shipping-eligible lots. Your credit card on file will be charged.

Your item will be shipped ONLY to the address on Auctionninja. If that address is not correct, it is your responsibility to change it.

NO ALTERNATIVE PICKUP DATE EXISTS FOR THIS AUCTION. Period. You must pick up your item on December 14th, between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, or you will forfeit your item(s) without refund.
