The sale includes, high end Murano glass, LLardro figurines, perfume ...view morebottles, furniture, statuary, decor, lighting, linens, a massive amount of Christmas decorations, rugs, books, arcade games and so much more! Many of the categories have mixed materials: For example the garden statuary pieces may be made of concrete, plaster, resin, fiberglass etc. We've done our best to describe the items in the limited time we had to put this huge sale together, but if you have questions, PLEASE read each description carefully before you contact us. There will be no possible alternative pickup dates after July 21st. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you fail to make pickup arrangements- you forfeit your items without refund.
3. You must have adequate help, packing supplies and boxes to remove your items. We will not be helping you move any items. Many items, especially the larger ones, are dispersed throughout 4 stories and the grounds of this 22 room home, and you may have several flights of stairs to deal with to remove heavy items, so PLEASE come with adequate help and a proper vehicle!

!! PLEASE NOTE: YOU will be responsible for moving this item out of the house and into your vehicle safely. PLAN ACCORDINGLY. You will need to bring additional help, and may even need to hire a mover.
We will NOT help you to move furniture. Much of it is extremely heavy and is located throughout this 22-room estate, from the basement to the 3rd floor!

Moving is not going to be easy for many of these lots, PLEASE be prepared with proper packing materials and vehicle. PLEASE read our measurements to make sure this fits in your vehicle. If an item needs to be disassembled, PLEASE bring your own tools.


If you are not able to remove this item, in the allotted pickup hours, you will forfeit your right to that item WITHOUT a refund.

THIS AUCTION PICKUP IS NOT IN OUR USUAL LOCATION AND HAS SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS! Please read carefully. Pickup is during *specific hours only,* and is *NOT* flexible. This estate pickup is on-site, at the home in Dover, Massachusetts.
As the estate is sprawling, you might have to wait a little longer than usual on the pickup day to get your items. There is plenty of parking, including parking for large trucks if you purchase furniture.
