You agree to forfeit my purchase without refund if you can not make the pick up time or fail to make an alternative pickup or shipping arrangements within 48 hrs from the close of the auction.

SHIPPING:
1. Many items in the auction are shippable, ( US only) THE SHIPPING FEE IS INDICATED IN EACH ITEM DESCRIPTION. PLEASE read the FULL item description before asking shipping questions.
2. We will combine shipping on multiple lots to save you money.
3. All items will be shipped to the address you on file with AuctionNinja. Please update that, BEFORE BIDDING if you've moved.

INSPECTION:

We have in-person inspections at 159 Maplewood Ave. Gloucester, MA 01930 on Tuesdays and Wednesday from 11 am to 3 pm.
These are not browsing inspections, these are for registered bidders only, who have a specific list of items they would like to inspect.

CONDITION:

We try to go out of our way to post an abundance of pictures which can generally be relied upon as an accurate condition reference. If you feel that is not enough for you, don't hesitate to contact us. We will NEVER put a lot sticker over a crack, chip or blemish!

There is a 15% buyers premium and MA State sales tax, unless you have entered an exemption certificate.

PICKUP: For this auction, you do NOT need to schedule a pickup time as long as you come between the pickup hours of 10 am and 3pm on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Easy Ship and Pack
Cape Ann Auction will drop off items which are deemed as "3rd Party Shipping Available" to Easy Ship and Pack, a UPS/Fed-Ex approved store, at no additional charge. All packing/shipping/insurance fees and agreements for 3rd party shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cape Ann Auction's obligation to get the lots to the client end once they are dropped off to the shipper.
