Vintage "Ledo" Marked Gold plated bracelet after 1949. Very nice!! The history of Polcini jewelry brand began in 1911 in Mamaroneck, not far from New York. Its founder, Ralph Polcini moved from Italy to America at the beginning of the last century and began producing fine jewelry. In 1949 he renamed his company into a “Leading Jewelry Manufacturing Company” and changed the mark to Ledo. Thanks to these renames we can determine the age of a particular decoration. After 1949 his jewelry items included Ledo marks with capital letters and slightly later, Capital L with small letters. This gorgeous bracelet features shiny and brushed metal with a 3 dimensional swirled design, and is stamped Ledo.
