9 Volumes of literature books designed to teach multiple ages, early to teens. The tenth volume is a guide for the teacher. Personalized copy of Mrs. Tyler. The exterior of the book is in great condition, minor wear. Interior some of the books have the beginnings of separation but holding. An enormous amount of images with all the stories, including images of the authors throughout the volumes. See photos. A handsome set. No copies are found on the internet and a limited number of libraries have copies (about 65 libraries have the 1909 first edition, a later edition of the 1930’s can be found).

No copies were found for sale. The World Cat Library system lists few volumes of complete sets. A rare edition with a reasonable opening bid start. This series was originally designed for teachers, possibly private tutoring teachers. Handsome exterior with gold gilding.

A rare set in good condition with little shelf wear but have been used with some looseness to some of the volumes but holding.
